Cancellation Policy

Discovery Call Policy Reform Global Advisory accepts Discovery Call bookings subject to a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice; requests made within this window are not automatically confirmed and remain subject to advisor availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the automated confirmation email is received. Clients may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no charge; cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled call are noted, and repeated late cancellations may result in future booking requests being declined. Reform Global Advisory reserves the right to reschedule a call with a minimum of 48 hours notice, in which case a replacement time will be offered, and also reserves the right to decline or reschedule any booking at its discretion. No-shows without prior notice forfeit the complimentary session, and rebooking will be at the advisor's discretion. Information provided through the intake form is used solely to prepare for the Discovery Call, is not shared with third parties, and is treated as confidential; no recording of the call will be made without explicit prior consent from both parties. A Strategic Discovery Call is an exploratory conversation only and does not constitute formal advisory, legal, financial, or investment advice; no advisory relationship is created until a formal engagement agreement is signed by both parties. Reform Global Advisory Group operates with clearly defined engagement scope and confidentiality standards across all client relationships. By booking a Discovery Call, clients agree to receive booking-related communications including confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails; non-essential communications may be opted out of at any time by replying "Unsubscribe," though transactional booking confirmations and reminders cannot be disabled while a booking remains active.
