Caxton Ho leads Reform Global Advisory's consulting, coaching, and cross-border advisory practice, with 20 years of operating experience across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong/Asia-Pacific, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
His background spans private sector, nonprofit, and compliance-focused environments, including Fintech, education, and project experience in private equity and pre-IPO advisory work. His focus areas include SME transformation, cross-border market entry, capital and funding strategy, and leadership development, built on direct operating experience rather than theoretical frameworks alone.
