Cancellation Policy

STRATEGY SESSION POLICY Applicable to: Free Discovery Call and Individual Strategy Sessions across all three advisory niches (SME & Cross-Border, Personal Positioning, Capital & Investment). 1. Scope: This policy governs the free Discovery Call and single Strategy Sessions booked online. Multi-session packages and tailor-made engagements are not covered here; terms for those are confirmed directly at time of request. 2. Booking: Sessions must be booked via the online calendar, subject to availability. An intake form is required, including a brief description of the topic to be discussed. 3. Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, forfeit the session fee (paid sessions) or the booked slot (free Discovery Call). 4. Refunds: Strategy Sessions are non-refundable once booked, except for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, which may be rebooked at no cost. The Discovery Call carries no fee. 5. Session Scope: Sessions are advisory conversations only; no written reports or deliverables are included. Clients needing written materials or ongoing work should inquire about a package or project-based engagement. 6. Language: Sessions may be conducted in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin per client preference, indicated at booking. 7. Confidentiality: All information shared is treated as strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where required by law. 8. Limitations: Sessions offer strategic guidance only and are not a substitute for legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. 9. Modifications: Reform Global Advisory may update pricing, availability, or these terms at any time; changes do not affect sessions already booked. 10. By booking, the client agrees to this policy in full.
